The best place I've found so far. They've recently lowered prices and have a pretty big selection of 20's/30's art deco pieces.

Tias

Lots of sizes and a bit cheaper.

Faviana

This is a designer who knocks off red carpet dresses but there are alot of vintage designs used and if you search Faviana you can find sales. Usually good size choice.

Modcloth

Good prices and really nice although they aren't sorted by era.

Etsy

This is my favorite place for everything. It's all made by real artists. Thier have lots of cute hats and headpieces. Just search by "20's" or "flapper". They have dresses too.
